What kind of proposals is this process for?This process is for proposals on a particular issue that involves smart contracts deployment or treasury disbursement if the proposal succeeds to move to execution, such as: Deploy Uniswap on a new blockchain, Change voting quorum & threshold, Create a new council with budget, Establish a fund or grant program...Any proposals excluding from the kinds listed above are soft governance, off-chain issues, non-specific proposals and doesn't require either on-chain voting or on-chain execution. For such proposals, the community may discuss in the “Governance-Meta” category. They can be related to Governance systems, ways of distributing resources, how the community should think about governance responsibilities–basically any ideas and strategies related to governance, including changes to this process.
